not for our sin if you mean that and YET HE STILL DIED TO HELP US EVEN STILL!! He takes care of the planets and makes the sun shine etc

Were one to presume the existence of any God, one would have to presume he, she, it, or they is or are responsible directly or indirectly for anything good and bad the ever happens...
Fireball is being extremely illogical in simply absolving any God of any responsibility for sin, as were there to be a God of the sort she supposes, he would have created everything. That would, rather, include sin as well as Lucifer... The alternate would be that her God created ALMOST everything; this, of course, would mean there were things not created by HER God, thereby implying the existence of another God who created these other things.

God is responsible for creating this world we live in.
God is responsible for creating each of us and giving us life.
God is not responsible for the stupidity of humans.
God is not responsible for our mistakes.
God is not responsible for death, famine, destruction, wars, hatred, disease etc. - Satan, the ruler of this world, and our own sinful nature are responsible for these things.
God doesn't have to show mercy and kindness or to lift a finger to help us when we ask. He is God and can do what He wants to. When He doesn't answer our prayers the way we want Him to, we blame Him. When He does answer our prayers, we forget to thank Him. God made us. We owe our very existence to Him. He doesn't owe us a thing.
