To another cat, your cat would appear grey, as cats do not have the neccessary cones in their eyes to determine colour.
This is also true of dogs, and many other animals.
So because of the lack of a picture of your cat, I am going to go with the average colour as determined by the number of eyes in the world and say that your cat is grey.
I am being wierder. :)
