Well, I'm a fairly strict cessationist. I don't see miracles of the sort described in the Bible. I do see God actively working in the world, but do these qualify as signs and miracles? No. Maybe it's semantics, but most of what I see called miracles today can be explained by other reasons than God (coincidence, science, nature, charlatanry), but I KNOW that God has worked in my life and put me in places to do certain things for my family, to get jobs, to pay off debts, etc. The way things work out seem like coincidence, but if nothing else, I know that God is working in the lives of others who show his love to me. Maybe not a miracle, but God working nonetheless.

Yes. The simple fact that I'm here and living is a miracle. Also, it was a miracle that I found these amazing people, who would change me forever, and bring me to God. So, really everything in life, even the littlest of things that happen, are miracles, because even though we don't realize it at the time, they change our lives forever for the good. For example, I would not be alive right now, had i succumbed to my depression, and had I not been saved by these amazing people, and most importantly by God.

Yes, I once lived a life on the streets. At the age of 16. Parents, sisters, brother out there doing their thang...An now my entire family is saved an living for God. The fact that I am here, still living is a miracle to me.

Well, I've never had a conventionally understood miracle, like a healing from a deadly disease, but I truly believe that the way we bought our current house was a miracle. We found the house and thought it was perfect, but first we had to sell our townhouse in a dead real estate market. The owners of the new house would not accept a contingency offer, so we had to have an offer on our house before we could make an offer on theirs. While we waited for an offer on our house, our "dream house" was taken off the market. Then we got an offer on our house, and contacted the sellers of the "dream house" to see if they would sell to us, and they agreed although the house was no longer on the market. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal in light of some famous miracles, but given that we wanted this house so badly it definitely seemed like a miracle to us.

yes, several. One time our Church was going to have the May crowning of Mary, which is when we place a crown of flowers on Mary's head with love from her children. Our Liturgy director that year had been very busy with Easter and was too tired to try to put together a ceremony for this celebration so she said that someone else would have to do it. Well, along with the crown it is normally a time to fill the Church with flowers. We had exhausted the budget for flowers with the Easter celebrations and it was very early in the Spring so no flowers were really blooming yet, but a few Lilacs. I live in a poor area and I knew I was going to go to Bingo that same Sunday night that it was announced that someone would have to take over the crowning of Mary celebration so I secretly told the Lord that whatever I won at Bingo that night I would give half to honor our Mother for her celebration. THAT NIGHT, I WON THE SATELLITE BINGO FOR $4,400.00. Needless to say he wanted his Mother honored in this way. We presented her with three big bouquets of roses. One from the Father, One from the Son, and One from the Holy Spirit. The cost of three bouquets were $377.77. There have been many more but this one was great as it had to do with his love for his Mother.
P.S. the remaining half of the winnings, I wrote out as a check to the Church.

I was in ICU when I went into congestive heart failure--delivering twins-and the Lord brought me back to take care of my children--and my husband became saved through the whole ordeal.
I've witnessed lots of miracles for people that are friends---legs have grown, teeth have been filled, and many more. Don't discount the power of the Lord--He can move mountains!!!

Noting that i am so completely not a bit christian - so a different perception of the source.
Absolutely!
Most recently in August - it's complicated - but my boyfriend and I were saved from what would have likely been a fatal or at least very bad car wreck - as I said, it's complicated, both of us feel there was divine intervention at work (that I felt very rude for not appreciating at the time - we didn't "get it" till later).

Yes. God saved my soul (the biggest miracle). He has healed me many times, provided food when there wasn't enough (without human intervention), provided money when I had to have it (again without human intervention). God is awesome and always right on time!

I may have thought so at one point but then I stopped believing in Fairy tales (along with Santa and the Easter bunny).
