Yes make sure you are connected you can do this by going to "file" you will know because it will say either "Connect" (You are not connected) or "Unconnected" (you are connected).

I do not know if it has worked for you in the past but if not make sure you have downloading enabled on your computer by going to your

Control panel
Internet options
Security tab
click on custom level
Look down the list to see if downloading is enabled

Also some times it takes a bit for the bars to get to full so keep that in mind to. If you have done all this and it is still not working then something is blocking it from connection. So keep looking for what may be causing it to be blocked.

Make sure that you are connected. Sometimes when you log out it will disconnect you on the site.
