Me and some of my friends were wanting to raise money to plant some trees in our neighborhood, does anyone have some ideas for good ways to raise the money?

If you live in a small city or town, no doubt the local store owners would allow you to put a can on their checkout counter, stating the donations are to be used to plant trees in your area.
Also, the normal things would get you money. Yard sales, car washes for a nominal fee with supplies donated by parents or businesses or clubs, or get permission from grocery stores to put up a stand to sell baked goods, made by you girls, friends, and family members, perhaps teachers.

can help ( ArborDay Foundation they donate trees towards those
types that does belong to a Group of Volunteers supporting
each Orginizations forwarding the best idea

Car washes, bake sales, yard sales, male or female auctions, and since Easter is coming u could hold an egg hunt or a gold hunt for St. Patrick's Day

Thats sounds like such a good cause. Out here they do this road block thing where they ask everyone at the stop light to donate. wish I could hep :)

For sure, it'd be very hard for you to do it as an individual, i.e. knocking on doors asking for money, etc.
however, if it's to beautify your neighborhood, your city hall will surely be interested in this venture....especially if it's for your entire neighborhood, and they already know it needs to be done.

Candy Grams! We do it at our school. Pick what ever candy you want to sell and design some cute papers and then they can put a message on the paper ,saying to and from with a message then you deliver it.
