I like this guy I work with he is 18 and i am 20. I found out yesterday from my co-workers its pretty obvious he likes me and I feel the same. I am skeptical about the age difference, but they said it is about maturity not age and he is mature. Dating is allowed at this job and it is only a part time job for both of us. Besides we dont work together, too, too often. Should I forget his age and date him?

go somewhere with a group of people and see how he acts -- that should help you make up your mind. It won't hurt to go to a movie with him either - maybe he is a great guy and you will never know if you don't give it a shot.

If you like him go for it! You'll see after a few dates if he's really mature or not. There is something fun about being the older woman though, and even though it is only two years, he is still going to be telling his friends about the 20 year old woman hes seeing, its an ego boost, so have fun with it!

Take that chance, and who ever said that it's about maturity there right. Just do it.
