LoL, couldn't tell you because I am 100% female...my friend at her downstairs done and she said it felt amazing!!...when I had mine done - I took it out now... - but it hurt like hell...I hated it! Everyone is different....I think the males would hurt worse...well atleast it looks like it would!!!

I would guess the male may hurt more because we have lots of flabby skin on the ball bag area,and female piercings have to go straight through their skin and genital area,dunno dude but if i were you id concentrate on moving to california,lol.

It varies from person to person. One person may think it was no big deal...another may feel it hurt but wasn't horrid, and yet another may feel it was one of the worst things they've experienced.
People have different pain thresholds and experience pain differently. I don't think you can say it hurts men or women worse, because they will all have different opinions of the amount of discomfort involved.
