I filed my taxs on feb 10th(saturday) and I've been checking on-line at wheres my refund.com abd yesterday it said there processing my claim and I should get it by march 6th, I'm asking for direct deposit so can it be deposited on any day befor that or do they only deposit on fridays? and would it be morning or does it happen at any time? thanks for the answers.....

They generally do deposits on Fridays at 12:01AM. There may be delays with your bank, it depends on how your bank handles deposits.

According to this chart, if you did file on 2/10, you should of had your refund direct deposited on Feb 23, so I don't know why yours is going to be the next Friday instead. They always give you a Tuesday in the future and then as the time gets closer they will update their system and let you know the exact deposit date which is always on a Friday.
My refund was not credited to my bank account until about 6 AM on Friday morning. I checked right after midnight and it was not there, so I know it gets transmitted later than that. But, you should have it on that Friday and the funds should be available immediately.
Also, check your refund status on the IRS website next Wed morning because that's usually when they update their system for the Friday deposits.

If the website currently says March 6th, and they are still processing, this should mean that sometime next week when they have completed processing the return, the message should change and say that your refund will be direct deposited on March 2nd.
I filed my return on Feb 10th, and all along they said the refund would be issued by Feb 27th (Tuesday), and then this week it changed and said that the refund would be deposited today, Feb 23rd, which it was.
