What a catastrophy!! Your local chinese takeaway may swap it for a duck! Its worth a try, only you could choke on the whiskers and your day will have gone from bad to worse, but your neighbour would feel better!

don`t bake it , it will dry up ,better pan fried with a hint of rosemary and garlic , serve on mustard mash with green beans , lush
