I`ve had a bad day! My neighbour has had worse! This is because i`ve run over her cat, poor little thing. What i want to know is, how do i cook it? It was a rare breed and healthy so there is no risk of infection. Is still fresh, happened this morning before sunrise. Can i bake it? Many thanks.

What a catastrophy!! Your local chinese takeaway may swap it for a duck! Its worth a try, only you could choke on the whiskers and your day will have gone from bad to worse, but your neighbour would feel better!

Roast it on a spit, over an open fire. Serve with fava beans and nice chianti.
