Check the fuses. There is a magatron tube inside that creates the microwaves. If the oven isn't heating the food then the magnatron isn't getting power.

I'm sorry to be the one to tel you that although your unit is making noise and teh carosel may be revolving and the light burning inside; If nothing is getting hot then the part that gives its name to the appliance is most likely shot. Most people seem to find taht if the unit is no longer under warrantee, that replacing it is less costly than having someone repair it. These units fo not fall into the the same category ogpulling the heating element out of an oven and putting in another one. Good Luck

You may not have selected the correct voltage for that. try to find button like "power" and increase the voltage
i have this button with name of power. i dont know whats on your micro wave,
Try to see manual.

You should check the settings and make sure it is on full power.
