I'm not sure what you're talking about but whites are actually the minority on this planet and there are white women in every country, I think. Some may be just visiting, I guess. You might want to re-phrase your question.

No they not are all american women, they can be from england or wherever and becoming americans. Or they could be visiting from another country in America. Or they can be from Canada like me going over for better variety in your stores and avoiding our higher taxes...
