She's too young right now for vaccines. Kittens should be with their mom at least long enough to wean, usually about six weeks old. Vaccinations for feline distemper are usually given at 8 weeks (2 months), 12 weeks (3 months) and sometimes at 16 weeks (4 months). In most places they have to be at least 12 weeks to get rabies, but it doesn't have to be done until 6 months - check with your vet for the rules in your area. If the kitten goes outside later, you might want to think about a feline leukemia vaccination; if she stays inside (which is safer) she probably won't need it.

You need to deworm her, with a special type of paste she will have to eat now and then again after 2 weeks and again after a month or so. Also, you need to get her to the vet in about a month or two for vaccines - one shot covers all the diseases, it is special for cats, and then repeat after a month, and then repeat once a year. Also, you will have to use frontline once a month for ticks and fleas, but not yet, she's too young.

That's young to be away from Mama Kitty. I just do distemper and rabies, and only when I'm working on something that requires them to be current on vaccinations. I'd call a vet and get some recommendations, though. And get kitty fixed as soon as it's old enough !
