Well i feel exactly what you're saying. I understand that you are not trying to lose weight but to tone up. You should do sit-up. the old fasion sit-ups have always worked and they still will. HAve someone hold your seat. DO 40 sit-up a night and 40 in the morning. You can get a waist band, and it sweats the fat off your stomach. The weather is kind of cool now so it'll be perfect to wear the the sweat band around your stomach. Keep your booty. lol it'll look good in a swim suit.
attempted to do 100 sit ups try 30 or 40. Also try sets of 10 or 20 instead of just ... Jumping Jacks are good for warm up, and I do recommend warming up and and eating right.

Eat healthy and control your portions. It's okay to have a snack here and there but try to drink something like water or milk then wait ten or so minutes to see if you are still hungry. If you are just sitting on your butt with nothing to do go jogging or walking or walk to the store nearby. I recommend going to the gym and becoming a member there. Once you are a member ask a trainer what your workout should be for your targeted area. You don't have to get a personal trainer but, if you have the money and time by all means get one. You have to be committed to what you are doing. Good Luck! : )

You will have to watch what you eat. You can't spot reduce...you need to lose the flab over your trouble spots. Some good exercises to raise your heart rate and tone your problems spots are side kicks, front kicks, squats and lunges. They use all of the big muscle groups in the lower body and get your blood pumping, so you should see results faster.

Eat low fat moderate carb
Run a half hour a day
Work out with weights

The only way is to exercise... exercise... and then exercise some more. That's the only way to DEF get results. Running is great, or just jogging whatever you want to do. If you absolutley hate or won't exercise... I would say lipo is the only other option... just make sure you get a good doc so you don't look all funky =)

fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process
