That's normal...you get your adrenaline/metabolism going, and you wan to eat...I think eating carbs right before a workout is good

I would guess if you are eating well, you may be seriously dehydrated, which is a common mistake. My older mentors in the workout game susplained it to me like this.

"Look, if you dont hydrate well enough, eventually your brain is going to create cravings for you to GET water into you. The food that stores the most water IS carbs..which is why you crave them when you are dehydrated. Your brain has given up that you have enough common sense to drink enough water"

He was a jerk..but he was right.

Keep in mind...you need ALOT of water, especially now that you are working out.

i don't know
I always get hungry right AFTER a workout
then I have to wait until dinnertime so that I won't eat and totally undo my workout
it stinks cause I am starving for hours... water doesn't even help
but coffee kinds does... black coffee, stumps the appetite
