Spring water. Cold. The English ALWAYS use cold water to make their tea and coffee, and they are the experts on tea.

sorry but the water makes a huge difference....we had an aquapure water purification system installed in our house ....I have a pure water dispenser at the kitchen sink so it's just like have spring water coming from the tap.....

The best water I found was from a Culligan water dispenser, and use the cold side.

I use Brita filtering system, which is filtered water directly from the tap that is purified from chlorine and some minerals.

culligan water... it tastes freasher to me... you can either boil the water, or have it preheated for you if you have the newer machine...

It really doesn't affect anything. I use tap.
