that if a white person was to choose to go to an all black university they wont have to pay a dime????

not true-- friend of mine goes to Southern in Baton Rouge and pays for it.

im not sure, but i know in an article in my cultural diversity book also says that when Florida Atlantic University, s state funded institution, was under pressure to increase black enrollment it gave free tuition to every qualified black freshman who enrolled. it may be the same the other way around!

I have a friend that is checking in to this, she said she knows it is a lot cheaper .
