any good ways to lose the weight fast? and any good ways to control youself from eating the calories?

yeah, i don't eat fast food or takeaways anymore. damn calories! i havn't put weight on, just want to lose my current weight

don't eat. exercise a lot. run for 2 or more hours a day.

drink a lot of water, and maybe it'll take the hunger away.

granted, you could do serious damage to your internal organs or even die. also, who's to say when you eat again, you won't gain a lot of that weight back. people tend to overeat or binge whenever they deprive themselves after some kind of diet.

the best thing to do is adopt healthier lifestyle choices and exercise regularly. you'll lose weight and it'll be easier to maintain. plus you can still enjoy your favorite foods in moderation.

As far as getting skinny goes, you'd need to eat less calories than you burn.. and the best way not to eat a lot of calories?? Figure out how many calories are actually in most of the foods we eat that we don't think of... for instance, next time you go to get a burger at Jack in the Box or wherever, note that it probably contains about 500-600 calories, about half of them are FAT calories.. plus the soda, about 200 calories, and the fries are around 300 as well... so when you think you're only eating lunch, your actually consuming around 1000 calories. It's disgusting i know... that's how i keep myself from not eating all those calories! good luck!

Put yourself on the gerd diet - it's not a fad, it's a diet for people w/ really bad acid reflux and actually pretty healthy. My bf and I lost around 10 lbs in 2 wks just by eating that way. And to avoid the muscle-less look, work out. Good luck, and this really does work. I attached a site below for guidelines, but after a couple of weeks, it all just becomes normal.

Drink 2% milk when thirsty or alot of water, eat yougurt or you could drink some grapefruit juice after each meal and the acid from the grapefruit juice will absorb all of the fat from the food. But, mainly just eat and drink healthy and exercise.

Sorry, but there are no miracle drugs...
What works for me?
Eat healthy, work out.
What really helps me is drinking green tea, and using a lot of antioxidants like berries. Yoga!!
How long did it take you to put the weight on?

yep no fast way to do it but eating right and exercise....theres alot out there but not much works so i guess get up and move.....but if ur not unhappy with yourself who cares what everybody else thinks!
