See the top link for 'How Do I Bring My Spouse (Husband or Wife) to Live in the United States?'

See the second link for 'How Do I Bring My Child, Son or Daughter to Live in the United States?'

In each you will also find a link on the right side of the page for petitioning procedures.

If the spouse who is already living in the U.S. is a legal permanent resident or citizen, he or she should to go to a lawyer who specializes in immigration matters and make an application to bring his spouse and child to the U.S. - If the spouse who is already living in the U.S. is not a legal permanent resident or citizen, he or she will have to deal with that problem first. If the child who is living in the U.S. is a U.S. Citizen, I suppose he could make an application to bring his parent over but that would be more difficult.

if the spouse is a US resident or citizen have them file for a green card or spousal visa for his/her spouse....through the USCIS.... they will need to pay for this, and have medical tests and do interviews, it can take a long time depending on the situation.... if they are citizens, they there is nothing you can do....
Contact a lawyer for further help if you are having problems, but all the information is on the USCIS site below:

First off, it'd probably be a good idea for you to gather your personal documents that prove that you're an actual citizen of the US.

I think the following links will be the most helpful for you.
