All you need to do is dial 1571, listen to your messages, after each one, if you don't need it press 3, if you want to hear it again, press 1 and if you want to keep it press 2. You should be able to hear a message when you first dial 1571 explaining this.

If its BT 1571 you press 3 for delete and 2 for save.

If you mean 1571 messages then others have answered. If you mean list of callers then with BT phone,probably others, press menu button,toggle down button,then directory button and follow instructions/choice.
