Sometimes when people have thin skin their veins show, and when they get a tan they just don't stand out as much to the naked eye. But if they are coming and going, they are not actual veins, but maybe rosacea (sp?) as others said.

Do not trust any type of skin bleaching. Micheal Jackson is full of s**t about the skin bleaching - he has that disease I can't remember the name of, the one where black people lose the pigmentation in their skin more and more over time. He covers himself up with makeup to hide it. I once saw a supposedly famous dermatologist on tv talking about how there is really no such thing as skin bleaching the way that people think of it, and that anyone that makes the claim is full of it. My own dermatologist agreed when I asked her. Granted, that was several years back, maybe there is something new out now, but don't try anything without a dermatologist. You need to visit one to get a real diagnosis of your problem anyway.

Try a filpino product called Maxi Peel, it is sold on ebay and on myfilipinostore.com! This stuff will bleach in a week but is has hydroquinone in it at a 4% strength! You can also try papaya soap and it has no harsh chemicals in it!
