I would go to your state's department of revenue or whatever the name of the tax collecting authority is. The website should provide you with a way to check your refund status or at least have a 1-800 number for you to call and ask your question. If you have the refund direct deposited, it shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks to receive the refund. If you asked for a paper check, it could take 4 weeks or longer to recieve the check.
Most states take a few days longer than the federal return to disburse refunds.

each state I believe has its own site. I know that Georgia does. you might have to do a google search or contact the local H and R Block service
