The first thing I notice of people are their SHOES. If someone is wearing neat shoes to me it means they are well groomed.

To sound a little more off my rocker than usual, the first thing I notice is someones soul.
Obviously, I'm not some telepath or pseudo-science cultist, so the term "soul" is just the best I could come up with in one word. For the sake of clarity, allow me to explain. When I see someone, I pay attention to their body language, personal hygiene, manner of dress, how they carry themselves, how they interact with their immediate surroundings (people and objects), the "air" about them, the general expression on their face and how natural it looks... so many things. If you are paying attention, you can see so much more than a person's mood by observing them for just a few moments. You can see their personality, their mentality, their emotional state, even a few vague elements of their current life. Essentially, their soul.
Hopefully, that makes sense.

That's true I like there Whole style if They Have the Shoes to fit the outfit RIGHT.....oh the face have to be cute and nice teeth because no offense i want a bright one not slow..(for intance 2 eyes, 8 fingers and 2 thumbs....2 legs etc...

You first should see if they are a guy or girl then check out the rest of the package.Nothing worse than checking out someone and then realize it's the wrong gender.

the first thing i notice is a woman's face. the total face you know, neck line, smile and teeth, teeth are important, her hair , her eyes (important too), nose, cheeks , chin the whole make up. i love a beautiful woman with a great smile.

Cheekbones. I draw portraits and in a lot of ways, cheekbones draw it all together. Strange, I know, you don't have to tell me.
