Some guys lack the confidence to ask confident girls out. They may be afraid that if she's a confident, pretty girl that she could get any guy she wants and that he wouldn't be that guy. So they often times just give up and don't ask. It's pretty common.
If there's a guy that won't ask you out and you want him to, just make it painfully obvious that you would enjoy a date. Give him plenty of opportunities to ask you and make it known that you are not too busy for him.

Guys mostly lack courage and are afraid of girls that are sure of themselves. It has to do with rejection. A girl sure of herself will do better leaving opportunities for a guy she's interested in to ask her out without appearing too eager

Sometimes doing up to a pretty woman is nerve racking, but if he really wants to he will. Just cut him some slack he is probably nervous no matter how confident he looks

Not all but alot of guys are intimidated by it.
I think men are used to being the dominant type and prefer strong but quiet girls.

Or maybe your too confident, maybe a little... should I say rude? Such as people who feel they are better than everyone else, maybe they don't talk to you because your a rude stuck up prick? Or maybe you put up such a huge I am better than everyone else, they feel threatened by your large amount of confidence, and no your not pretty if you act like your better then everyone else.
