dont be so shy juss ask him what he thinks of you and if he says he likes you say i like you too. then maybe he will come and ask you out.

look the more u wait the less chance u wil get wit him eventually if u don't do anything he will find another girl if there is a chance for you to get him the get the courage to ask him out cause everyone doesn't stay single forever eventually he will find a girl he is interested in so ask him quick be4 he finds someone else

Listen, first your most likely to young, and that shows with the same text you use on your cell phone, it's called a keyboard and its easy to type full words with, unlike the cell phone, dang these kids that use texting abbreviations online piss me off.

You can ask one of your friends to make hints around him that you like to see what he says.Or just have your brother talk to him to get you guys together if doesn't have a girlfriend.Flirt alittle if he doesn't notice you move on.I hope you get em'

if you dont ask you will never know, but with him being friends with your brother might cause problems with them if the relationship dont work out. so i would really think about it.
