for shame. all adolescent cats are doing this. it's time to warn her of the dangers of being pregnant. and if she insists on having sex, ensure it is with members of the same species. look at this photo.

How can you smell the dog on her? You must be have a police K9 nose or something! I think your cat is likely to be smelling of other stray cats, so spay her or prepare space for kittens...
