When I was in 8th grade and until I turned 16 or 17 my curfew was 11pm. It's the county law here but it's what my parents though was reasonable. I didn't mind it much either, my group of friends and I would all go over to a friend's house and everyone just knew that at 11pm it was time to go. It was kindof nice really. Anyway, once I could drive and my parents thought I was responsible enough they changed it to midnight pretty much until I graduated from highschool. :P

Check with your local police dept. Curfews actually vary from city to city.
