My wife has dark blonde hair & she wants her hair light blonde but a natural way. Is there a way to bleach one's hair naturally without damaging it? If she stays in the sun for about an hour, will it make her hair lighter? Also if she wears sunscreen, will that prevent premature wrinkles from forming? Do those special shampoos for blondes also make hair blonder naturally? Like which shampoos work the best?

As for naturally bleaching your hair, some people have success by wetting their hair with lemon juice and then sitting out in the sun. She'll still get roots when it grows out though. Just sitting in the sun for an hour won't make a difference that she can see. Sitting in the sun for several hours a day for most of the summer will.

The blonde shampoos don't make your hair blonder, they just make blonde hair shinier and more healthy looking.

Sunscreen will help prevent wrinkles some, if you use a high SPF and are very diligent about reapplying it. The best way to avoid wrinkles are: stay OUT of the sun, DON'T smoke, avoid stress, and get plenty of water and enough sleep.

Lemon Juice + Sunlight = Natural Highlights.

I don't know the chemistry of it but I've tried it and it works!

Put some Lemon juice on the hair and do yard work or something in the sun, and your hair will get lighter... it may take some time depending on how dark the hair is but it will work.

There are some gels that have lemon in them, you can find these gels for naturally bleaching your hair at Target and many drug stores.

The sun is the most natural way to bleach your hair. Results may vary and may not be very fast, but it is the most natural. There is a product for blondes to become blonder (I think it is called "Sun In"), it is just a fine mist spray that you put in daily or before you go in the sun and it enhances the effects of the sun.

I heard that putting lemon juice in your hair when out in the sun will naturally bleach your hair, but I don't know for sure.

As for sunscreen, it reflects back the UV rays to protect your skin from burning, but your skin will still age. The only combat for aging skin is using moisturizers etc.

I don't know about special shampoos.

Her hair is probably as natural lightened as its going to get. If you take a hair swatch and match her natural level in the crown at the scalp, or at the nape, it is about 1-3 shades darker than whats on the ends. She can go to her hairstylist and ask them to use a color to lighten her hair a shade or two lighter which is better than using bleache to lighten it.

I'm not sure about all of your other questions, but to bleach her hair naturally, tell her to use fresh lemon juice on her hair prior to going out into the sun.

There is nothing natural about bleaching ones' hair. If she doesnt want to dye it again, there are some gels that make your hair lighter.
