Yes you can drink too much water. Most experts say 8 - 8oz glasses per day of water, not including your tea, soda, etc. just plain water. If you're really sweating with hot weather or working out you'd need more.

Yes. People have been known to die from drinking too much water. There was a case in court recently where a fraternity made someone drink a lot of water and they died.

You can die from drinking to much water and that is a fact. A women entered a radio station contest just recently to win an Xbox for her children. She drank so much water she did die. It was all over the news I am surprised you had not heard of it.

Don't u ever hear people say drink 6-8 glasses of watera day. Thats all u need. Because it's really dangerous drinking alot of water. Our body needs water but not too much.

Yes, you can screw up your electrolyte balance and die of hyponatremia. Fun fact: It can present as dehydration, so let your physician know that you've been drinking water and your urine is clear before they start rehydrating you.

indeed there is...awhile back, a woman died playing a radio station game that required you to hold in your pee and drink lots of water in order to win a nintendo wii...(the game was called 'hold your wee for wii'...clever, eh?) but she died because her electrolytes were outta balance and her heart stopped. her kidneys got all jacked up and her body just shut down. i wouldn't recommend drinking lots of water.

you know what im not a hundred % sure of how it affects you but i think i(if i remember correctly)if you dring over 1 gallon and a half a day it could damage your kidneys cause they could get over worked. which makes sense if you think about it. but im not sure how true it is.
