I heard that after you burn your tounge, if you coat it with sugar,the weird burned feeling will go away. I tried this and it didn't work. Anyone know of anything that helps? ANd no dumb *** answers either!!

Drinking milk will help the pain go away. Something about the lactose in milk that helps.

If you place ice on it for goodness sake be careful. It can freeze the saliva on your tongue and pull the skin off when you take the ice cube away.

If you have some bonjela, stick some of that on it. It'll aneaesthatize the pain and prevent it from turning into an ulcer :s

How did you burn it? you poor thing!

oops sorry, just noticed you said home remedy! I dunno of any.
