anybody can give me details on specifications like PE4, PE5 and so on.

Braided lines from Japan, typically marked by color for depth, are rated with a PE number. Roughly as follows...
PE 4= 62lb test, 26kg
PE 5= 78lb 32kg
PE 6= 86lb 37kg
PE 8= 113lb 49kg

I think they come in .5 increments as well.

i dont know what PE stuff means other than a fun class to take, but a good line is suffix elite. it is wound on the filler spool evenly and comes off great. its got just the right amount of stretch and handles beutifully. its also inexpensive
($8.00 for 300yds of 17lb test!)
