there is a person that runs their mouth about doing something they think they help you when they say they are going to doit but then you just get hurt

Ignore them. No longer waste your time with people who have nothing to offer except hurt and despair.

these people are just a waste of time. They tell u stuff so that they look good when they're with you and they think you need some help. They don't consider you, very important but kinda talk easy so that they are in your good books. When you identify such a person and he offers you help, just plain tell them, that it was nice of them to offer, but you can handle it yourself or have already found a person who could do the errand for you. and remind him/her of the last time you had given them responsibilty and they had not liven up to it and let you down. Don't get too close with such people. These people procastinate a lot, and you have heard about procastination haven't you? It ain't any good.

Just have nothing more to do with that person. all they're doing is wasting your time, and if you need help, then you should seek it in someone you trust, not some idiot who does nothing more than lie and make the situation worse.
