its a club song and also includes the words "come on, come on, come on" sounds a bit like blow ur whistle and has a female voice. i think it mentions a broomstick too lol plzzz help!

Masters at Work - Work. Download from limewire. This is my favourite 4x4 tune it's a slower version though. Lyrics include "take your big broomstick and come and sweep my yard," "what you waiting for, put your back in it, just a little more" and "go down go down come up come up" WICKED TUNE!!!!!
