Does anyone know if he needs anything special, or where should I ask to find out?
My vet in Greece says he only needs a recent travel health certificate from any vet here in Panama, but other people suggest he needs extra papers and vaccines because he stayed in Latin America.
So far he has his passport and his vaccine book.

The dog will be able to travel freely, provided that you can prove that he has all his shots, including a rabies shot and that he has a clean bill of health. The Greek govnt. does not have any special requirements other then the ones mentioned above. Once you get there, and you want to take him out of the county, he will need a European passport.

If his vaccines are up to date and given properly then you will only need the travel health certificate. I've done this a couple of times taking animals between countries. It's not the dog that has to have special shots because they've been in Latin America it's the humans.
