Yes, but you must look in two different places:
Isaiah 7:14 "Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel." [God with us]
Isaiah 9 (really the entire Chapter, but especially these verses):
6 For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, ***MIGHTY GOD***,
***Everlasting Father***, Prince of Peace.
7 Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
Isaiah 9 is universally viewed (among Jews and Christians) to be a Messianic prophecy. To see its fulfillment, read Matthew 1:21-22.
EDIT: "Gratvol," you disappoint me. You're much too smart to have overlooked Isaiah 9.

The source below will give you about 50% of the prophetic passages regarding the coming Messiah. As for the specific nature of your question, there is only one main scripture that refers to the "coming One" as being called "God with us", and that is in Isaiah 7:14...
"Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel."
Matthew confirms this in his first chapter...
“Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”
As you can see with my link below, the full picture of the Messiah is a jigsaw puzzle of individual pieces of a bigger picture. And shirleykins below is correct. The very name itself is a prophecy that Messiah would be God come down in the flesh.

The word Immanuel means "God with us," and that's what being the messiah was all about.

No. It says that the birth of a child named Immanuel will be a sign to King Ahaz that he will prevail in an upcoming battle.

Isaiah 7:14
"God himself will give YOU men a sign: Look! The maiden herself will actually become pregnant, and she is giving birth to a son, and she will certainly call his name Im·man′u·el."
Matthew quotes that as a fulfillment of prophecy re Jesus. Matthew 1:23
Immanuel is a Hebreux word meaning:
With us is God.

I believe this is the one you are looking for.
Mat 1:21 "And she will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for it is He who will save His people from their sins."
Mat 1:22 Now all this took place that what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet might be fulfilled, saying,
Mat 1:23 "BEHOLD, THE VIRGIN SHALL BE WITH CHILD, AND SHALL BEAR A SON, AND THEY SHALL CALL HIS NAME IMMANUEL," which translated means, "GOD WITH US."
Mat 1:24 And Joseph arose from his sleep, and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took her as his wife,
Mat 1:25 and kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name Jesus.

Isaiah the 53rd Chapter.....It doesn't speak of the name....but it does name allot of the things that Immanuel (Jesus) came to do and went through....if you match it to his life. its an unprecedented comparison
