You can't. You need to get someone in to spray. Plus you are in the birds section. You might want to change sections to get a better answer.

I lived in a roach infested apartment once with German and Bandit roaches and they didn't go away even with professional spraying. I had to move. Luckily it was cold outside and roaches do not like the cold so I put all my belongings in a trailer with professional roach traps so I could move.

The roaches that you see is only 1/3 of what is actually in the walls.

Make sure you do not have any food out or standing water. A roach can survive a long time without food, but not without water.

The only way to get rid of them is professional treatment. It didn't work for me because my landlord would not treat the whole building, so they just relocated.
