when i have panic attacks i experience a grogginess and disoriented feeling after it has passed and also drained why is this and is there anything i can do to wake my self out of the dreamy grogginess? my panic attacks mainly last a min. or so.

it's because your nervous system has been attacked and it drains your energy...there is nothing really you can do about it except to lay back relax and let it pass.

the same thing happens to me are bodies get so worked up with so much adrenaline that its like running a mile the best thing to do is breathe slowly in and out until you feel more relaxed
