+ Judas +
The betrayer of Jesus Christ, Judas Iscariot, is not a Catholic saint.
However Jude and Judas were common names:
St. Jude Thaddaeus was another Apostle of Jesus Christ: http://www.catholic.org/saints/saint.php?saint_id=127
St. Judas Cyriacus died in 133: http://www.catholic.org/saints/saint.php?saint_id=230
+ Suicide +
Catholics believe suicide when committed in full knowledge and deliberate consent is a complete turning away from God (a mortal sin) and will send a person to hell.
There are 3 conditions of a mortal sin: grave matter, full knowledge, and deliberate consent.
While suicide (or any kind of murder) is always a grave matter, people who commit suicide may not always have full knowledge of what they're doing. Drugs can definitely impair one's thinking, as can other things, such as diseases, intense pain, or anguish.
Therefore, suicide is not automatically treated as a mortal sin.
We are commanded by Christ not to judge others so we leave final judgment to God who alone knows each person's heart.
+ With love in Christ.

The Catholic religion certainly does not call Judas a Saint. There is a Saint Jude though who is a totally different person.

Saint Judas is normally referred to as Saint Jude (the English form of the name). His full name is Saint Judas Thaddeus and this is not the same person as Judas Iscariot.

The Catholic church teaches that, "for a sin to be mortal and cost someone salvation, the objective of the action (in this case, the taking of one's own life) must be grave or serious matter; the person must have an informed intellect (know that this is wrong); and the person must give full consent of the will (intend to commit this action)." I would think it is very rare that a person so distressed, and perhaps even mentally unstable, could even objectify that their act and its consequences would effect their eternal soul. Suicide is never the answer, but the church knows that ultimately, it is Gods job to judge a persons actions. We can only pray for that person's salvation and hope that Jesus will handle it.

You are mixing Judas Thaddeus with Judas Iscariot.
Judas Iscariot is no saint.

the Judas that betrayed Jesus and hung himself, isn't a "saint" - he was not forgiven because he did not ask to be forgiven and he went to hell
