It makes me so angry that people pick on people about their looks and size. It makes me sick, no one is perfect. Why do people do this? How does it make you all feel?

Because they suck as a person and they need some sort of validation ... that's the only thing I can think of??

I agree totally.Its sad that we live in a society where looks are considered more important than what the person is like on the inside.I find that the people who critisize others are usually the ones who are unhappy inside with themselves, and putting others down makes them feel bigger and better about themselves.I was actually bullied for years when i was younger for being pretty.I was really shy and had no confidence.Sad people will always find someone to single out and pick on.I always say "what goes around comes around".

its one thing to be vain about your own looks but for someone to humiliate and be cruel to someone else who doesnt have any looks, I think they are actually very insecure people and it makes them feel better about them selves it is horrible but im sure everyone is guilty of it in a way.
be honest dont tell me you have never had a giggle with your mate over some ugly geeky looking lad or lass that has just walked in the pub??

Some people? LOL..many people are like this and the main cause is "insecurity"
People who belittle others are insecure with them self. They belittle and degrade because it makes them appear more superior and make them feel better about them self.

it's part of the bully mentality a lot of people have, they are insecure about themselves and to detract attention from what they think is other peoples perception of them, they try to highlight people who are not considered part of the norm.
