i think you shoud consult your doctor and ask them to reffer you to a dermatologist, my daughter has a-topic exzma (sorry about the spelling) and she gets special cream from Alder Hey hospital but i have also found that Hemp cream from the body shop works as a good moisturiser for her but it may not be the case for you so see your gp. good luck

As per what you have said, your skin is sensitive and allergic to sun. So use Sunscreen lotion having maximum SPF (Sun Protection Factor) 25 minutes before stepping out in the sun. Also wash your face with a very good quality face-wash and re-apply the sunscreen every 3-4 hours if you have to stay out in the sun for long because the sunscreen is normaly effective only for 3-4 hours. Do consult a good dermatologist as this sun-burns or allergy can cause more problems. Take Vitamin-E tablets regularly as it help a lot. This is from my experience as I too have a sensitive combination skin.
-- Make sure to follow a routie of Cleansing, toning & moisturizing
2-3 times a day.
--If you are not interested in seeking a doctor, go for Pranic Healing by advanced healers. It's does miracles...
I hope I can help u!!!!!!

Soak almonds in water and make a paste with it. Rub it on the rough skin and keep the paste for 20 minutes. Then rinse the skin with warm water. Avoid eating non-vegetarial food and drinking alcohol altogether and start doing meditation through the path of self realization from an experienced spiritual teacher. The best thing would be to go to the nearest sahajayoga centre and start learning and practicing meditation in the way as is taught there.

First you can try to moisturize your face with lotions, such as those that contain coco butter. Secondly, since you have an allergic reaction from sunlight, you may want to try applying a sunblock to your face when you are exposed.
