The picture is titled unfinished serenade. A little girl hanging out a window with a black and white dog and a boy playing a make gutiar made out of a cigar box, and a rose in his mouth with sheet music that is titled gypsy serenade. Looks like the atrist is signed by stwart from what I can make out.

You might want to contact this ebay seller. She might know more about it. She had it for sale at one time but it is not on her list now. That was the only link I could find to this print.

You can use several search sites on the internet to get info about a piece of art, trouble62, but the best one I've found so far is SAAM and here is the site...

well, one option is to take a picture of it and put it on here, you can always take it to an antiques dealer and see what they know about it, something like the antiques roadshow.
