You need to walk away or run (whichever you prefer). It sucks to be the only one in love, but that is what it sounds like. Obviously, she is using you also as her backup. You need out; you deserve better!

Stay clear. Do you really need all that drama in your life? Don't you owe it to yourself to find a girl who will love only you?
Let her work out her issues with her ex while you work on something else.
