Bertolli is my choice, you can pick it up fresh from the Market and it takes only minutes. Selecting pasta for a dish depends on what the base sauce contains and if there is a solid product being served with it as part of the dish. Angel Hair pasta really doesn't go with a heavy "topper", more of the creamy sauce where as a Penne or Mostaccoli goes with a more heavy "rustic" sauce and meat topper

I only buy barilla pasta. When on sale I stock up too. We are a large family & not only does it taste the best but when cooking a large quanity it comes out perfect everytime. We make pasta dishes about 3 times a week to feed us all so I wouldnt say that to you if it wasnt true. Hope you give it a try you wont be sorry & enjoy.

Contadina Fresh Fettucini is the best. It's usually where the cheese's are in the supermarket and they only take 3-4 minutes to cook. I like the regular one, spinach is alright but it's more for looks than flavor. Dried fettucini doesn't taste quite the same as fresh, it's good but the fresh is so much better.
