Hi guys my complexion is very red, red cheeks forehead etc are there any remedies or tips to prevent this

You might have rosacea.

Get to the dermatologist. You need PRESCRIPTION products to deal with this.

Go see a dermatologist - you may have rosacea, and the symptoms need to be treated with prescriptions
