Try getting to know her as a friend first. Say "hi" to her when you can. Find opportunities to sit down next to her and start a friendly conversation. You will be able to tell if she is happy to have you start a friendship. Then go from there. A lot of girls are too shy to make the first move.

Your the guy you should be brave. No girl would want a shy wussy hiding in the corner. (im sorry nothing personal) I mean if you think she likes you thats just instincts right? try asking her best friend. Maybe she or he might spill something. If you dont want to do that does she give you clues maybe?
