My daughter used Sally Hansen SPa treatment hair wax removal and woke up with red spotches above her lip and on forehead. Not a good look when looking for work at restaurants as a food server.
Any suggestions to fix?

Use a cortisone cream for the redness which should take care of the allergic or surface reaction, Don't try to cover the redness with makeup-it could make it worse. use ice to reduce the redness.

She had an allergic reaction to the hair wax removal stuff and should not use it again. As for a quick fix use foundation makeup and powder to cover up the red splotches and then go see a doctor about the allergic reaction as soon as possible. The doctor should be able to identify what in the product might have caused the allergic reaction and an alternative product to use. However it appears that the situation is not life threatening and the splotches will go away on their own....as I said cover up with makeup for the moment.

Hi did the same thing, tell her not to use any soaps on it. Just rinse it with clear warm water and put a thin layer of vasoline on it. Make sure it is a thin layer, do this a couple times a day. If looking for work, she could put a thin layer of make up over the vasoline, Make sure there is no perfume in the make up.
