It depends on what you mean. If they had to have started after 2000 then I wouldn't pick anyone. If they started before 2000 but continued to produce songs after 2000, I would pick the Red Hot Chili Peppers. My favorite song from this century would be "Seven Nation Army" by the White Stripes.
