All my friends get Botox shots and quite frankly I don't understand why. They don't look any different(younger) and after they get it done they always have this "I'm thinking really hard about something" look on their face.

My sister told me that botox hasn't been around long enough to see the true long term effects. It's a poison that they put in you, god knows what will happen in the next 50 years, they don't know! Sorry I haven't really answered your question, but it's silly, what's wrong with a few little lines, I'd rather be able to frown.

Had it the frown lines, but just a little and it looks fabulous. The nurse I use listens and only injects a little. Her boss tries to push for more but he's all about making money. Try it, but just a small amount. You can always have more if you're so inclined, but can't it remove if you have too much and look frozen like Joan Rivers - scary. It makes you look refreshed. Go for it! My friends have no idea because I use such a tiny amount, it's not obvious.

Recently tried it as a remedy to migraines. I was very nervous but willing to try something unconventional to relieve/ subdue headaches. I asked the doctor to inject sparingly so as to only receive enough to help me. Well, the results are great...no migraine, no wrinkles in my forehead and no one can tell, really. Just that I looked well rested. It's been a good experience for me. It's a personal choice. I think the benefits can sometimes outway the cons. Hope this helps.

Have had botox on frown lines on forehead. Excellent! It made my eyes look more awake. Since it has worn off, people are telling me I look tired, even when I'm not! I will have it again soon. I've also had nose to mouth fillers which also made me look better.
