2 bowls of cereal, orange and a chinese small cookie..... i feel like a pig.... and yeah should i just not eat anymore because i also feel guilt.....

not eating actuallt slows ur metabalisim..so u should think about eating your three regualer meals daily but make sure that they are healthy meals and if u feel hungry and u need a snack eat something like fruit ...do not eat two handfuls of cheez its or somthing unhealthy..eat a nutrisionus snack...and eventually u wont want the bad stuff anyomre

If you like a big meal breakfast is the best meal to have as a big meal. As already mentioned dinner should always be a small meal. The reasoning for this is you have all day to process breakfast and work it through your system. Dinner usually sets and gets turned into fat overnight.

But ideally you should try eating 6 small meals a day. Just eat half a meal at a time with a few hours bettween, you will find that you don't get as hungry and will actually start eating less overall. Just make surre you eat healthy small meals, not snack foods.

Maybe have a glass of juice and bowl of cereal in the morning (7am-8am), the a few hours later (10am-11am) a granola bar and some milk. Follow that with a sandwich and water and piece of fruit or salad (1pm-2pm), then have your junk food if you need it, maybe a small bag of chips, not the large grab bag, or a cookie(4pm-5pm). Then your dinner would be the last two meals,first your main course, a small steak and small potato (6pm-7pm) and finish the day with fresh veggies, so you have the crunch of a snack but not the calories of chips (around 8pm).

Yes I realize my meal planning has you eating all day and the heaviest food at the end of the day, but you can switch it as you get used to eating light food in the evening and heavy food at breakfast or lunch time. And never feel that a milk shake or other sweet is not allowed, just make the portions small and eat them in moderation.

That's a big breakfast? That's a snack for me. No, you do not skip the rest of your meals. Breakfast is the most important mean. Lunch is second followed by dinner being the smallest. Healthy snacks should be consumed in between all meals. Therefore, eat.

Skipping meals will only make things worse.

Keep eating meals at regular times and intervals...maybe just cut back a little on the calories or eat healthier.

Skipping meals is always a bad idea - it will only slow your metabolism

Well, breakfast should be your major meal but there is no need to totally fast. Eat some simple salads for lunch and dinner. That will give you energy and fiber etc.

Don't skip a meal because later on you will be hungry again. Eat a smaller lunch so you will not feel so guilty.

hun u need 2 balance ur meals all through the day....this sounds 2 me u have sum kind of eating problem ..... u should not skip meals it damages u and if ur trying 2 loose weight this wont help u .......

No DO NOT skip your meals! You need to develope better eating habits. So do I...I've got to give up sugar!

Dont skip your meals, just limit your meals to one serving if you want.
