Muslims here have admitted that even if we show them how many more muslims die in natural disasters than nonmuslims, and even if we show them the truth from secular history about the shames in islam and muhammad, and even if we show them the quotes and verses from the bible to tell them that it denounces muhammad, and even if we say that muhammad is a pedophile for having sex with a 9 year old infant girl, THEY WILL NOT BE SHAKEN FROM ISLAM!
OKAY, FINE... point taken okay?
My question is. Then what does that make you (muslim)?

Please do not think this is an insulting question but realise that this question is a result of many of the answers and admissions you muslims have provided here. I can link you up with many of them (eg. Leah & Perception etc etc etc).

I think I have received some very good muslim answers here because they are spoken honestly and frankly. But these answers give me the shivers because they are themselves admissions fo the fanatical attitudes of the muslims.
If factual secular history does not save them from islam, if factual evidence that proves having sex with biologically underaged girls do not save them from islam, if factual records that proves muhammad was a murderer and liar does not save people from islam, then these muslims basically HAVE NO HOPE.
I know these muslims don't mind this, but really, are muslims born just to waste away their lives for a farce? It is SO SAD.

i dont know what you mean by most muslims die in natural disasters than nonmuslims so i'm ignoring that. as for history, there are no shames. Islam has made many contributions to the world and it has made reforms in women rights and slave rights more than the US did historically. The bible does not denounce Muhammad (pbuh). When muslims give parts of the bible and say it is referring to Muhammad (pbuh), christians say Muhammad (pbuh) wasn't even alive back then. so why would the bible even talk about Muhammad (pbuh) unless you are admitting he was sent by God. As for the last part, Muhammad (pbuh) was not a pedophile. Aisha's age is not confirmed but all agree that she had reached puberty. that was considered womenhood at that time and even still is today in some parts of the world. Muhammad (pbuh) had many enemies who disliked and criticized him for everything he did. They never criticized his marriage. this could mean 2 things: 1) That Aisha was not married that early, and the hadith is incorrect. 2) that Aisha was married at an early age but because it was nothing out of the ordinary, it was not criticized. Muhammad(pbuh) had other wives who were mostly widows and Aisha was the only virgin he married. His first wife Kadija was 15 years older than him and didn't marry anyone until after she died. Aisha said in an hadith that if she was ever jealous of another women, it was Kadija because he talked about her so much. I admit, the first time I heard about the marriage when Aisha was only 9, I was confused. But I realized today is not the same as then. and if she had married before puberty, I would still be questioning. Whatever age she was she had reached puberty, and was referred to as a bikr, the term used for young woman.
What makes me a muslim? There is nothing in islam to criticize. Everything has a meaning and can be explained. Most nonmuslims that take religion courses realize the difference between the stereotype of islam and real islam. Islam makes sense. It's logical and its fair. There are many things in the Quran that the people knew back then that have been discovered in the US recently. I could ask you what makes you christian (or whatever religion you are) because christianity is also not without criticism. Study islam with an open mind and you'll change your mind. and I'm not trying to convert you.....I just want you to understand.

islam history has nothing to e ashamed of , in fact christianity should , for example:

first of all our prophet married aish"the 9 years old" for reasons" which we have explained hundred of times to you all
second the bible is misstate and played with from long time ago ...so don't prove any thing from it please

I think its our way of living our life, we accept religion as our guides and we don't seperate it from any aspect of life. Futhermore by following our religion we became a better person, example its a sin for a muslim to drink alcohol and we know that alcohol its not healty for human phsyically and emotionally. Thus enforcing our beliefs towards our religion.
