Maybe these will help. Good Luck!
Ingredients:
2 parts beeswax
2 parts cocoa butter
1 part coconut oil
1 part grapeseed oil
some flavoring if you want
Melt your waxes butters and oils down. ( I use a double boiler) when it's all melted and combined, remove from heat, add flavoring if desired and pour. Ready to go as soon as it is cooled. Voila! Done! Go watch a movie.
Another mixture for lip application is prepared the following way.
Take the root of henna (powdered form) 1 tsp, Almond oil 60 mg, Soft wax 15 gm.
Put Almond oil in the henna root powder and allow it to soak for about 10 days. Strain the solution after 10 days and as explained in the recipe given before, add soft wax after melting it. When your lip paste is cool enough apply it with the help of a lip brush. This will bring a new shine on your lips.
Lip Gloss Recipe
Protect sensitive lips from the drying elements with this simple yet rich lip balm. Delightful to wear alone or on top of your lipstick for extra shine!
•1 tablespoon sweet almond oil
•10 fresh cranberries
•1 teaspoon honey
•1 drop of vitamin E oil
Mix all the ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for a couple of minutes or until the mixture just begins to boil. ( Bowl may also be heated in a pan of water on a stovetop). Stir well and gently crush the berries. Cool mixture for five minutes and then strain through a fine sieve to remove all the fruit pieces. Stir again and set aside to cool completely. When cool, transfer into a small portable plastic container or tin.
Apply a small amount onto your lips and remember to smile!
Lip Gloss
Ingredients:
6 TB (3 oz) Glycerin
1 TB (.5 oz) Castor Oil
1 tsp (0.16 oz) Jojoba
To Taste Flavoring
To Taste Sweetener
Blend all together. Best if you let it sit for 24 hours or so before bottling. This works OK in roll on bottles. BUT to have more fun, put in a Wand type dispenser and add cosmetic mica.. oooooo so purdy. Sells better with the mica. This is a little thicker than other lip glosses I have seen online. But it sticks better and leaves a really nice sheen even without mica. Plus nourishes the lips too... even men buy this (sans Mica of course)

You'll have to go to the drug store for this... so not home remedy but it is the best thing I have found. I've tried about every remedy there is. It's called Iodex. It looks like axle grease but if you use it your poison ivy will be dead the next day. To use it though you have to break all of the rules: 1. scrape open the blisters and clean with soap and water. 2. dry off and quickly apply the Iodex then cover with gauze or a soft dry cloth so you won't wipe the Iodex off accidentally. The next morning you'll see that the poison ivy is dead. You'll probably have to ask the pharmacist to get it for you as it won't be out on a shelf or display. It's not prescription. Make sure you ask for the one that is for cuts and abrasions. @JenV: Thanks for that. Like you I have been covered from head to foot, many times. I will have to give your Neoxyn a try. This is the first I have heard of it.

Hydrate yourself more and eat some fatty-rich foods to help nurish your skin internally along with finding maybe a non-homemade cream that can help get rid of your dryness. It seems like your condition is pretty bad and home made is not going to cut it.

here is all need to know abt dry skin
Radiator heat, blow-dryers, deodorant soap and dehumidifiers can all rob you of the moisture you desperately need. That can leave your hair brittle and strawlike and your skin flaky and dry, especially in the winter.
The natural remedies here, used with your doctor's approval, may help relieve dry hair and skin, according to some health professionals.
See your medical doctor when you have redness, oozing, crusting or other signs of irritation.
AROMATHERAPY
To help chronically dry skin retain more of its natural moisture, Fair Oaks, California, aromatherapist Victoria Edwards recommends this fragrant face and body oil: Add ten drops each of the essential oils lavender, Roman chamomile, neroli, rosemary and carrot seed to two ounces of a carrier oil such as almond, olive or sesame. (Carrier oils are available in most health food stores.) Apply the oil once a day after your bath or shower, while your skin is still slightly damp, says Edwards.
To make dry hair silky and manageable, add six drops each of lavender, bay and sandalwood essential oils to six ounces of warm sesame or soy oil, suggest Greenwich, Connecticut, aromatherapist Judith Jackson. To apply the oil, says Jackson, part your hair into one-inch sections and apply the mixture to the scalp with a wad of cotton. Wrap your head in a towel and let the oils penetrate for about 15 minutes, then shampoo twice, she says.
FOOD THERAPY
"Eat fish at least twice a week," suggests author Earl Mindell, R.Ph., Ph.D. The oil in salmon, herring and other cold water fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which help replenish lost moisture in dry skin and hair, according to Dr. Mindell.
Up to two tablespoons of flaxseed oil a day can also help replenish hair and skin oils, says Julian Whitaker, M.D. It has a nutty-buttery taste, so you can use it as a topping on popcorn, potatoes or other foods you might otherwise flavor with butter, he says. Flaxseed oil is available in most health food stores.
REFLEXOLOGY
To deal with dry skin, pay special attention to the thyroid and adrenal gland reflexes on your hands and feet, says reflexologist and author Dwight Byers. To help you locate these points, consult hand and foot reflex charts.

I know that this sounds gross but it works.
rub one finger down both sides of your nose and use that for dry skin on your lips. the skin around your nose produces excess oils and it works fine. it's like natural chapstick.

damp your lips with sugar water, use just enough water to dissolve the sugar, apply as often as you can and stop licking your lips.
